Opper (Happy Hooligan), Frank King (Gasoline Alley), Winsor McCay (Little Nemo), and more, this book proved inspirational. Charles Schulz cited this book as leading him down to the road to Peanuts.
Out of print for many decades, this collectors’ item is now available again in this complete paperback edition.
