Life Among Us: Cameraman Journal shares recollections from my 37-year career working in TV news as a cameraman. I have been eyeball to eyeball with the likes of Ted Williams, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mick Jagger, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton and Walter Cronkite. From celebrities to the homeless to everyday working people, I shared powerful and intimate exchanges both on the street and off. It all encouraged me to examine and reflect on Life Among Us, because over time my view of the world has been educated and irrevocably changed. Like the camera I carried on my shoulder, I tried not to blink, not to look away.
I wanted to see it all.
