The creator a veteran Light Infantryman who served 13yrs in the army, leaving in 2000 at the request of his wife. Who 14yrs later took her own life. This event was the start of a downward spiral leading to losing his job as a police officer and living in a tent on a campsite as a warden that paid for his pitch. Eventually after support and assistance from SSAFA and Combat Stress Darren Finley was diagnosed with PTSD and even to this day struggles with his mental health including, depression, anxiety and flashbacks to traumatic events early in his military career.
Now the veteran supports his fellow veterans by producing these notebooks and SITREP mental health
