Do you want to attract more affluent clients in 2021? People who are used to getting the best of almost everything, who have a complex (i.e. not typical) legal problem, who stand to lose a LOT if they hire a cheaper inexperienced attorney, and who have the means to pay high fees? If so, I have a message for you. No build up or tease. I urge you to flip to page 27 of this book, read carefully, and take careful notes. Because the insights I share could make your year. They're not obvious. And most lawyers, frankly, don't get it — which is why they struggle to attract these clients. Need more calls? This is your best bet. A lot of attorneys are thinking about their marketing right now. About some of the things they can do, things they can invest in — over the next few weeks, months, and year ahead — to really OWN 2021. Maybe you are too. If so, I'd be remiss if I didn't share an insight with you. For more than a decade now, we've put food on our families' tables by helping attorneys across almost every practice area attract more of their best cases, grow their bottom line, and, really, build the thriving practice they deserve. And, as arrogant as this might sound: If we weren't good at it, we would have starved to death long ago. We've seen our clients spend, over the years, millions of dollars on all kinds of different media and advertising. Radio ads. Bus stop ads. Billboards. Google and Facebook ads. SEO. Direct mail packages. Paid newspaper articles. We've sure seen a lot of fads come and go. There are media that, for a while, were making our clients a LOT of money, that just disappeared and dried up almost overnight. Like Yellow Pages. And there are some that, for many years, most attorneys treated with disdain, which now no attorney would be caught dead without. Like SEO. But there's one medium that stands out. It's the one that, hands down, has been lucrative for almost every single one of our clients who tried it. I would even go as far as to say — that if you want to land more cases, you try this, and it doesn't earn back at least ten times your investment over the next year, there's something seriously wrong. That's how powerful this medium is. I use it every year for Speakeasy Marketing. Sometimes twice per year. It's easily the best thing I've ever done to attract more and better clients. It's the work horse that has been reliably filling our pipeline for years now. And, over the last three years, whenever I've launched any kind of project or business venture in another market, it's now the first thing I do. The attorneys that take my advice and invest in this medium as well — they often end up replicating this two, three, four, sometimes five times. That’s how much of a game-changer it was for them. What is this medium? Why is it such a powerful way to attract clients? And, if it's everything I make it out to be (and it is, plus more), then why isn't every attorney in America using it to build their law practice too? All good questions. And I address them in full in this book.
