The six-month training plan is credible, sustainable and really useful for a medium-level archer who wants to structure his growth. It is not limited to repetition: it stimulates self-assessment, technical intelligence, critical thinking.
The part dedicated to field archery is complete and exhaustive as well as instinctive aim and longbow.
