The Hitter's Mind was created to improve and address the mental aspects of being a successful hitter. Athletes will learn to prepare their minds pre-game, track their at-bats and mental approaches during the game, and then reflect and adjust after each game. This twelve-game journal was created by a Sports Therapist and Mental Performance Coach to help hitters build consistent routines, learn to assess their approaches, and build in the crucial mental strength it takes to become a solid hitter.
