Singing is one of the most vulnerable art forms in the world. When we sing, we are not playing an instrument outside of our body, or pouring our art onto an external canvas. Instead, the music begins and develops within ourselves, before being directly shared with those around us. Because of the personal nature of singing, it is paramount that a singer find a certain level of mental clarity, self-awareness and assuredness that allows for vocal freedom. Happy singing!
This journal provides a clear scaffold that helps a singer assess their current context and redirect themselves to where they would like to go, on the road to becoming the most fulfilled, expressive and confident artist they can be. All pages are undated, meaning they can be used at any time in the year.
