Volume I addresses contract formation and it covers consideration, offer and acceptance, and defenses to formation.
Volume II begins with topics related to contract content (interpretation, gap-filling, and the duty of good faith), moves to performance and breach, addresses remedies, and concludes with a discussion of third-party rights.

The casebook is part of an open-source project and is authored by Matthew Bodie, Pamela Bookman, Tal Kastner, Ethan J. Leib, Jake Linford, and Guy A. Rub. It is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International License and is offered here at the cost of production.
