Rape is the most common crime that has been taking place on the earth since the beginning of the human civilizations and each and every century has seen this wild nature of a person towards another person. In some cases, people observe, protest as well as punish these worshipers of lust and in some cases, they don’t get the information of the rapists, but find only the dead bodies of the victims. Nothing is more brutal than a rape and it is probably the biggest fear of women which influences their mood whenever they walk alone. However, this century has also seen this crime from a close view and according to a United Nations statistical report compiled from government sources shows that more than 250,000 cases of rape are recorded annually. This data covers only 65 countries around the world, so the number of cases will be more if we cover almost all the countries. The statistic reports of rape can be found easily anywhere, so it is not necessary to show the same report here again.

As preventive steps, everyone is giving the suggestions which are teaching only how to defend the crime. It seems like they are teaching to escape and their focus is on secondary solutions only. They are trying to express as if we are going to face more rapes in the future. Their ideas are working like subliminal advertisements which are showing that there is no any way to stop rape. Indirectly, these steps are teaching people to be prepared to face rape anywhere and most significantly, these steps are promoting the fear of rape showing it as the undisputed as well as strongest crime which has no any permanent solution. Most of the people are just discussing the topic and suggesting secondary steps which are quite immoral. Citizens as well as news channels are raising questions against the governments of their countries and they are leaving the entire responsibility on governmental authorities or commissions to discover as well as implement laws to prevent rapes. Many non-profit organizations are running awareness programs and promoting feminism, but nothing is working against this crime at all. These are the methods of defending the rape and these methods are not capable of stopping the root causes of this crime. If we use only these defending methods without moving forward to attack or strike, we will face this brutal crime till eternity. The fastest as well as most reliable method to win a battle is the combination of Striking-defending tactic which is quite safe also.

A few people consider short clothes of women as a reason of rape and they are suggesting women not to wear short clothes. I think this is the foolish reason that has been discovered by human, because rape took place there always in the past when there was no any trend of short clothes. Just like the earlier one, some other foolish reasons discovered by humans are the habit of smoking, drinking or attending late-night clubs and walking alone at night, lack of self-defense against strangers etc. Now my answer is - most of the rape took place inside house during old times when women were not allowed to go outside and they did not have the habit of smoking, drinking or attending late night events or walking alone at night.

So, as a writer, it is my responsibility to share the magic bullets which will kill the root causes of rape in a country. But, these magic bullets or steps need time to work properly after implementation and it may take decades to activate its full potential. In other words, if the first generation of a certain country adopts these steps, the number of rapes will be reduced in the time period of second generation and we will observe the full potential of these steps from the time period of third generation. Even a small plant needs time to be a tree and then, we can expect fruits from it. In this book, I am going to mention four ways which will reverse and stop rape and sexual violence.
