This is a continuation of the Interjurisdictional Canon Law studies series. We are now moving from the Church or Ecclesiastical part of the law to the Civil side of the law. As a Canon Lawyer, it is essential that both the lawyer-to-be and the judge-to-be understand how unique civil laws and canon laws dovetail. In this series, we start with Marriage Law and all its intricacies and apply it to all jurisdictional canon laws.
